Refund & Return Policy

At Luma Stone (luma-stone.com), we take pride in our curated home decor collection. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your home, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized stone items are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged.
⚠️ Important Address Notice

Our registered address in Ottawa, Canada, is an administrative office only and is NOT a return facility. Please do not send returns to this address, as they cannot be processed or refunded. To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@luma-stone.com to receive the correct return warehouse address.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

Since home decor items can be fragile, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. For faulty items, Luma Stone will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

3. Change of Mind

For standard returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
